General Rules
Products ordered by the Buyer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be delivered to the address provided as the delivery address ("Delivery Address") on the relevant order.
Day to Joah delivers to all EU countries and Monaco. However, territories outside the geographical area of Europe (e.g., French overseas territories) or locations subject to transport restrictions (e.g., IATA standards) may not be served.
Delivery Options
Delivery methods vary depending on the location and are not available for all products. For certain products or destinations, specific delivery methods may not be offered.
Delivery Options for Mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco

Standard Home Delivery
The parcel is delivered to the Buyer's mailbox at the Delivery Address provided. If the mailbox is too small, the Buyer will receive a notice to collect the parcel from a specified location. If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to Day to Joah, and the Buyer will be refunded. -
Express Delivery
The Buyer is notified the day before delivery via email. The Buyer may reschedule the delivery or change the delivery location. On the delivery day, the Buyer receives a notification with the delivery time window. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to Day to Joah, and the Buyer will be refunded. -
Pickup Point Delivery
The parcel is delivered to the pickup point selected by the Buyer. The Buyer has a limited time to collect the parcel by presenting identification and signing for the receipt. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to Day to Joah, and the Buyer will be refunded.
Delivery Issues: Damages, Missing, or Defective Products

In Case of Damaged Parcels:
If damage is visible at delivery, the Buyer must refuse the parcel or file a claim with the carrier immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, the Buyer should notify Day to Joah's Customer Service promptly. -
In Case of Missing Products:
If a product is missing or defective, the Buyer must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, providing relevant details and photographs if requested.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the method chosen and the destination:
- Standard Delivery (France and Monaco): 3 to 4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days
- Pickup Point Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
- For international orders, delivery times depend on the specific country and can be found in the "Help" section of the Website.
Returns Policy
At Day to Joah, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under certain conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
- Sale items or customized products are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return with prepaid Colissimo label:
- If you return your order using the prepaid Colissimo label provided, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- You will receive a return label via email to attach to your package.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed, including the standard shipping fees (if the entire order is returned), within 14 days.

Return without Colissimo label (outside mainland France):
- If you are unable to use the prepaid Colissimo label, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safety and traceability of your return.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, unless an alternative method is agreed upon.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- If the entire order is returned, standard shipping fees will also be refunded.

Steps to Return a Product:
- Contact us via our contact form or by email to inform us of your intention to return a product.
- Receive the prepaid Colissimo label if you are in mainland France.
- Carefully package the products in their original packaging if possible.
- Return the package with the return label attached.
- Wait for the return to be processed. Once verified, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Exceptions and Exclusions:
- Returns that do not meet these conditions, such as products damaged due to inadequate return packaging, will not be accepted.
- Opened or used products will not be refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
